GLV UNITS ARE NOW IN PREORDER! THIS WILL BE ONLY A SHORT DELAY WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE MACHINE SHOP TO CATCH UP WITH OUR ORDER. I EXPECT RAW STOCK DELIVERY EARLY OR MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK ;-)  ORDERS WILL GO OUT IN THE SAME SEQUENCE THEY ARE RECEIVED.  FAST LANE UNITS WILL BE GOING OUT IN THEIR ORDER AS WELL.

((LATE NIGHTS, AS REQUESTED BY OUR LOCALS))

** THESE WILL BE SUMMER HOURS, IF IT WORKS OUT BETTER FOR OUR LOCAL CUSTOMERS WE WILL KEEP THIS SCHEDULE PAST SUMMER TIME. 

 

 

THE NEW GLV2 FAST-LANE IS HERE!!!!
This will be a -unit only option- matte black body with polished head and end cap or fully polished,  but it will ship within a much quicker time-frame than custom work like: full color, multi color, two tone faded or laser etched requested custom glv2's. They will still be hand built but we will keep those colors readily available to avoid the quicker production units getting held up in line with the more intricate custom work. 

We are ready for custom work as well!
Custom work build time with no etching is running 7-10 business days

"Local Build Shop Pick-Up" is now an option for our local customers!
You can place your order online and I will email you to schedule a pick up at our Farmington MI location!

Bigger Space!
GLV has plans on moving into a different suite (door #1) in our current building location at the Historic Winery in Farmington, Lots of positive changes coming our way so far in 2013. We are looking forward to getting more people off the analogs (and china mods) for a long time to come!!

Off topic of GLV for a second...
If you are in need of new website or an HONEST web designer/host to update your current site - Email me! I'll get you his contact information. This is not our first time dealing with a designer but it is the first time that we were delivered what we were told and ahead of schedule! He even came to our house to show us how everything works, how to edit the site on our own, and how to manage all of the great new features our online store now offers. I emailed him after hours on Saturday night because I could not find the tab to get to this page LOL, He had a reply with directions in there just *two minutes!* later.
Just Awesome... If you need him let us know.

Our GLV's are custom made to order, and owner built -
Here's the steps we take...
  1. We have the GLV bare stock cut from raw materials at the machine shop
  2. They are rough aluminum at this point & need some heavy polishing
  3. Polishing of all units takes place in the vibro-tumblers
  4. We have several of them going 24-7 when units are inside and we also run them by hand on a polishing wheel to finish each one just right.
  5. Build lists are created based upon current order volumes and time of orders
  6. Jay gets a build list and begins hand crafting each GLV for every individual order.
    EVERY ORDER IS CUSTOM BUILT/HAND MADE TO ORDER
    ** Please note, full color headcaps will not have a logo, If you have seen this in a picture on line, it was done by request only, Etching is done off site.
  7. Units then come over to me (Sara) as finished products after they are tested and ready to go 
  8. I carefully package them up and they are shipped out to their destinations priority mail!!!
